KPhA Staff

Sam Willett, RPh
Interim Executive Director/CEO

Sam Willett, BS, RPh, graduated with a BS in Pharmacy from the University of Oklahoma in 1977. Originally from Fancy Farm, Ky., he now lives in Mayfield, Ky. and retired in 2015. He has served on the Board of Directors for KPhA for the last 11 years and serves as a member of the Budget and Audit Committee. He has stepped aside from his Board duties while serving as the Interim Executive Director. Willett is an active golfer and an ardent Cats Fan.


Scott Sisco, MA
Director of Communications & Continuing Education

Scott Sisco is a native of Paducah, Ky., and joined KPhA as Director of Communications and Continuing Education in November 2011. His background includes several newsroom positions at daily newspapers and alumni relations support positions at Western Kentucky University and Kentucky State University. He holds two degrees from Western Kentucky University: a Bachelor’s degree in Print Journalism and a Master’s in Communication. Scott is married to his college sweetheart, Autumn, and they have one son, John Thomas. They live in Lawrenceburg, Ky.

Angela Gibson
Director of Membership and Administrative Services

Angela Gibson rejoined KPhA in June 2014 as Director of Membership and Administrative Services. She previously worked for Rx Therapy Management as a Billing Coordinator. Angela comes to KPhA with a 10 year background in Administrative Assistance and Office Management. She received her Administrative Office Professional Associate of Science degree from National College. She has been married a wonderful 10 years to her best friend and greatest supporter, Scottie. They reside in Harrodsburg, where they both grew up, with their two children, Tyler and Lauren. In her free time, Angela enjoys to read and camp (with electricity and running water!) with her family. 

Elizabeth Ramey
Receptionist/Office Assistant


Elizabeth Ramey joined KPhA as its Receptionist/Office Assistant in February 2014. She has worked in administrative support for about 10 years for state government, church organizations and other community-based services.  She attended the University of Kentucky majoring in Family and Consumer Science and Bluegrass Community and Technical College, majoring in Medical Information Technology. She has a passion for reading and loves volunteering at L.I.F.E. House for Animals. Elizabeth resides in Frankfort with her high school love and husband, Greg.


Jody Jaggers, PharmD
Director of Pharmacy Emergency Preparedness


Dr. Jody Jaggers graduated from WKU with a BS in chemistry in 2000 and then attended UK College of Pharmacy, graduating with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in 2005. He has more than 12-years' experience in community pharmacy practice and currently lives in Versailles with his wife Shanna and their two children.
