Robert McFalls, M.Div.
Robert L. (Bob) McFalls is a native Kentuckian who joined the Kentucky Pharmacists Association as its Executive Director/CEO in July 2011, bringing more than twenty-five years of executive level experience in association management to his current position.
Prior to joining the Kentucky Pharmacists Association,McFalls served as Chief Operating Officer for the National Association of Area Agencies on Aging in Washington, DC, following a 12-year tenure on that Association's Board of Directors including service as its President, on the CEO Search Committee and as the first Chair of its Grassroots Advocacy Committee. From 2003 until the early part of 2009, McFalls served as CEO of the Area Agency on Aging of Palm Beach and Treasure Coast, West Palm Beach, Florida’s largest aging agency of its type demographically with more than 553,604 elders in the agency's five-county service area. He also served as Executive Director of the Aging Commission of the Mid-South, based in Memphis, Tenn., an appointed position he held for more than 17 years. McFalls began his career at age 21 as Administrator of the three-month old Lincoln County Senior Citizens Center in Stanford, followed by service as the Homecare Director with the Bluegrass Area Development District, Area Agency on Aging and Independent Living.
McFalls holds the distinction of being both a Kentucky Colonel and a Knight, having been commissioned a Colonel by former Governor Julian Carroll and more recently inducted into the Order of St. John of Jerusalem Knights Hospitialler. McFalls holds undergraduate degrees from the University of Kentucky and Eastern Kentucky University along with a Master of Divinity degree from Asbury Theological Seminary.
Scott Sisco, MA
Director of Communications & Continuing Education
Scott Sisco is a native of Paducah, Ky., and joined KPhA as Director of Communications and Continuing Education in November 2011. His background includes several newsroom positions at daily newspapers and alumni relations support positions at Western Kentucky University and Kentucky State University. He holds two degrees from Western Kentucky University: a Bachelor’s degree in Print Journalism and a Master’s in Communication. Scott is married to his college sweetheart, Autumn, and they have one son, John Thomas. They live in Mount Sterling, Ky.
Director of Membership and Administrative Services
Angela Gibson rejoined KPhA in June 2014 as Director of Membership and Administrative Services. She previously worked for Rx Therapy Management as a Billing Coordinator. Angela comes to KPhA with a 10 year background in Administrative Assistance and Office Management. She received her Administrative Office Professional Associate of Science degree from National College. She has been married a wonderful 10 years to her best friend and greatest supporter, Scottie. They reside in Harrodsburg, where they both grew up, with their two children, Tyler and Lauren. In her free time, Angela enjoys to read and camp (with electricity and running water!) with her family.
Elizabeth Ramey joined KPhA as its Receptionist/Office Assistant in February 2014. She has worked in administrative support for about 10 years for state government, church organizations and other community-based services. She attended the University of Kentucky majoring in Family and Consumer Science and Bluegrass Community and Technical College, majoring in Medical Information Technology. She has a passion for reading and loves volunteering at L.I.F.E. House for Animals. Elizabeth resides in Frankfort with her high school love and husband, Greg.
Leah Tolliver, Pharm.D
Director of Pharmacy Emergency Preparedness
Leah Tolliver transitioned from a member of the KPhA Board of Directors to a staff role as Director of Pharmacy Emergency Preparedness in October 2012. She is a registered pharmacist licensed in Kentucky with a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. She has practiced in institutional settings for more than 30 years. Since the early 1990s, she has focused on pharmacy operations, reimbursement, legislative matters and regulatory compliance in the long-term care industry. She lives in Lexington, Ky.
